Shelagh Fogarty discussed with Julia Manning, Chief Executive at 2020health, Roisin Devlin, an A&E nurse and spokesperson for the RCN and to Wayne Parsons, a senior nurse who runs the Alcohol Recovery Centre in Cardiff about whether A&E or a so-called 'drunk tank' is the best place to treat people who have too much to drink on a night out?
