EHR Survey

Participate in our new online survey and have your say on electronic health records.

The government has announced that they want everyone to have access to their GP-held electronic health record (EHR) by the end of this parliament.

The government has also recently launched the ‘3 Million Lives’ campaign to promote the widespread adoption of telehealth and telecare by patients, particularly those with long term conditions.  This in turn will provide greater opportunities and benefits for patients having access to their own health information and records.

But what do you think? Do you believe that an electronic health record could persuade you to keep fit and healthy? Vote on our* survey and have your say.

The survey also includes questions about what health apps you think would be useful in managing your health better, who should access records about you and what issues around privacy concern you most about maintaining your own record.
