Oct 21. till Oct 21.

Invitation Only Event

Hosted by:
Anne-Marie Morris MP

With guest speakers:
Cllr Clive Furness, Chair, Health & Wellbeing Board, Newham
Richard Humphries, Assistant Director of Policy, Kings Fund

This discussion will consider whether Health and Wellbeing Boards have enough power – both in terms of convening and delivering – to positively affect their constituent’s health. We will consider the move to devolution and what difference this could make, and whether there are legislative changes that are required to enable real or radical change to improve the public’s health.
